Got "Someone as awesome as you deserves awesome deals" email yesterday offering 40% off select players valid until 9/28 but when I click on the link it takes me to My Offers and says "There are no offers for you at this time". Tried again today but got the same result. Seems like this is a recurring issue because I saw posts referencing previous offers in Feb and last year but posters needed to get customer support involved to resolve?

@n6uqqq Did you have any luck getting this resolved? I sent back the screenshots they requested, clicked on the links they provided etc but support never resolved what is clearly an issue with their system and they just went silent. How hard can it be to honor the discount that the company proactively offered as a "treat for being a loyal email subscriber"? Pretty annoying and frustrating for sure. #FalseAdvertising #BadCustomerService
Unfortunately not, the link they provided me in the private messages was blank just like the original offer.
I gave up, I jumped through too many hoops and got no results. Why bother sending us emails with offers in the first place. All I wanted was a newer roku express that would work the the 5g band on my router.
