Free trial (starz) order processing?

I tried to subscribe to starz... to use the 7 day free trial. I had to enter new payment information... I did so right there, not updating my method of payment on my account.

I got a message that said "your order is processing. Please continue". It has been over 15 minutes and I still can't view shows on starz. Is this normal? Can I see the status of that "order" somewhere?

For these issues, it may be more effective for you to get help from our billing. Please contact them directly at Choose the option from the drop-down menu for "Questions about my account or billing," and you'll be able to send an email request there.
