Recently I received notification that my Roku account requested a charge of $99.99. I have no subscriptions for 99.99
you refunded the $99.99 but a new one showed today.
how can I fix this.

@RonH49 I suggest you login to your Roku account on a computer and change your password and set a pin to make purchases.
