Existing billing subscription on device that I no longer have access to

I do not have a roku account but my ex did and I had a peacock subscription on my her roku tv. I no longer need the peacock subscription. How can I deactivate my peacock subscription with out having a roku account. Peacock will not let me deactivate through there website

Two ways come to mind.

  1. Call your ex and ask her to change the billing on the Roku account.
  2. Call your credit card company and request a new card and number.

I would try the first, and if that failed, do the second. But you deal with your situation as you see fit.
