My Wondrium free trial ended yesterday. I like it so much that I CHANGED my billing from monthly to annual and paid the year in full yesterday.
When I checked my bank account online this morning, I saw that my annual payment was already cleared. However, ROKU has a pending monthly charge! I changed the billing yesterday AND paid it, so there should be no monthly charge for this service. I have also sent them an email.
Please correct this error and remove the extra charge. Thank you, Linda Walker
