i (Beth Kino**bleep**a) initiated an email conversation on December 9th with Roku regarding my order # 107128354 which was placed on 11/27/2023 and part of which was delivered by FedEx to the WRONG address.
I am missing 1 pair of Roku speakers from my order - already paid for on 11/27.
i am still waiting for an email reply from Roku Customer Support. Please help me resolve this issue of the missing Roku speakers from my order OR refund to my credit card ASAP.
