Dead end at customer support!

Ok, I ordered a free trial of MLB and then cancelled the very next day. I was charged 24.99 and want this reversed but the customer support links just dead end with no actual support. This is BS you jerks! Give me my money back!

When you said support links, are you referring to support.roku.com/contactus? If so, make sure to choose 'Questions about my account or billing' on the drop-down menu then follow the prompts. Our Billing team is the best one to help you out with that matter.
