Charges and what channels am I paying for. How much

I have and account and I put my new card number in. But I don’t understand why I am being charged  35 dollars all the time more then once a month for what. Also I am being charged a 1. 95 cent extra. It’s not even time for you to charge my account like 5 days ago and you tried to charge it it didn’t go through which is ok because I put a new card number in . But why keep charging me for so much? I want to know what channels I am paying for and also I have two tv and I want to know if it’s all on one account. I only have Roku I don’t have cable I do have the internet.
