Charged for something I don’t have never requested

I need help for charge please someone help there is no phone number to talk with someone I’m not sure what to do or do I cancel my account

I have charges on my credit card for something I didn’t authorize.  Last month it was $1.03, this month is $6.23. Please explain. I have not requested to add anything and want a refund added back to my credit card

Please refund me $1.03 and $6.23 for MGM+, that I didn’t sign up for.
