Card was charged and didn't have an account before

I need to be refunded!! My card was just charged, yet I JUST MADE AN ACCOUNT, bc MY Email WAS NOT AN ACTIVE ACCOUNT!!! I NEED SOME ANSWERS!!! I can’t find a phone number to call, THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!! REFUND MY CARD ROKU!!!

If you are being charged and you don't have an active account, you are being scammed and NOT by Roku.

Scammers can put any name in the for the charging company. They frequently use "Roku" because so many people have it. Call your bank to dispute the charge and get a new credit card. Yours has been compromised.

If you are being charged and you don't have an active account, you are being scammed and NOT by Roku.

Scammers can put any name in the for the charging company. They frequently use "Roku" because so many people have it. Call your bank to dispute the charge and get a new credit card. Yours has been compromised.
