I need to contact customer support regarding a mix-up in an order that I just received. I went through the Roku Support>Contact customer support page with my order information. When I click "Submit support request" I get an message stating
"There was an error submitting your request. Please try again."
I have tried sending on two devices and get the same error message for two days now. There is no clue as to what the problem is. This is the only route to customer service, I don't know what else to do.
