Can't cancel a subscription that I'm being billed for

Can't see to find how to cancel a subscription that I'm being billed for in my Roku account. I've looked in the account info and it says there are no subscriptions currently under the app but I'm being billed on my credit card for a channel

For these issues, it may be more effective for you to get help from our billing team.
Please contact them directly through our Account-Billing Support page. Choose the options for "Account, payments & subscriptions" and they are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
