Can I get a status update for RMA #414385?

The non-functioning Roku Ultra 4800 was returned on 11/1/21 and delivered to Contec
c/o Roku Inc. on 11/4/21.  I haven't heard anything about the replacement and I'm not sure how to check the status.  Please help!!!
