Build two times in a couple days

I was billed on the first 31st 399 and then on the first of the next month 599 why am I being billed so much money for Roku

Did you leave out decimal points???

What are you paying for? 

I don't know if this affects you, but just in case: It doesn't cost money to activate a Roku device.  However, if you call some scammer on the phone, then it can cost a lot.

What exactly are the charges for? We would first recommend logging into your Roku account online at and clicking Manage your subscriptions to see a list of current subscriptions that you are being charged for.

Please keep us posted what you find out.
