Authorization payment from accounts

Ya I didn't actually authorize a payment an to actually reach a customer support sucks cause can't reach anyone

@Cos69 We need more detail to help you but start by logging into your Roku account on a computer or phone and checking your subscriptions.  While logged into your Roku account go to pin preferences and set a pin to make purchases.  Without a pin to make purchases anyone using one of your Roku devices can make a purchase.  If you find a subscription you do not want cancel the subscription while logged into your Roku account.
