Account hacked and Email changed

I be been hacked!
I received an email stating that my email was changed. I do not recognize this email. Whoever changed it now has access to all my accounts connected to it. And have hacked into all of them. I cannot log in to cancel it because it no longer recognizes my email  and Roku customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. 
It’s  infuriating!!!!  I had to create a new account just to get here to ask for help. 
please help!! All I want to do is shut down my old account so no one can access my payment Info.

Since you cant login in to your account, just choose support scam option.  that will bring up an email contact form you can enter info.   Hope it helps you out.
