In trying to delete my free trial subscription I accidentally bought a premium year subscription as it was not clear how to do this. I have canceled the subscription now but want to know how to get a refund. Please advise. In another posting someone said to tag @Jeremiah-Roku. Hopefully this will help
Why don’t you just go to the support page. You can chat, email and call someone. But first of all relax. In the future if you want something like Paramount+, Netflix or Hulu it’s best to subscribe directly through their website. Not through Roku
Did you get the subscription via Roku or via paramountplus.com?
