ACORN TV SUBSCRIPTION PROBLEM

I have Acorn TV on auto renewal every month, yet every month, 2 or 3 days after the renewal date, I try watching anything and I get the message: " Your account has expired on 06/09/2023. You need to renew your subscription to access our service."
 
I show a payment for Acorn, from bank account to Roku on June 09, 2023, which is the renewal date for Acorn TV.  
 
This has happened the past few months, and I go through canceling and then re-subscribing. But with auto renewal, this shouldn't be happening.

My father has the same issue. Bank says it's not them. Acorn says everything looks good, until the next billing cycle when it happens again.
