4 roku tv's 2 different states

I have Roku tv's located in 2 different states. All TV's are under 1 email address. My mistake. If I deactivate the tv's in one state will the others in the other state be affected? I want the 2 in each state to have separate email log On's. There are certain subscription apps that I don't want to appear in the other state as other people will have access. I wasn't aware that all the downloaded apps would appear on each TV.

You can log into your account at https://my.roku.com and remove the devices you don't want connected to that account.  You'll have to know the serial numbers (displayed under Settings->System->About) of the devices you want to remove (or not remove).  Then factory reset the removed devices, create a new Roku account, and link them to the new account.  The TVs you don't remove will not be affected.
