A lot of missing features (bluetooth on certain models, web browser)
Roku really needs to add Bluetooth functionality to all its models, not just a few select ones. For example, I can’t even listen to my TV’s audio through my Google Nest Mini because my Roku device doesn’t support direct Bluetooth connections. I’ve read through all the forums, and the only way to make it work is by routing the sound through the Roku app on my phone and then connecting my phone to my Google Mini. That’s way too complicated for something that should be as simple as pressing a button in the settings. It’s frustrating that such a basic feature isn’t available on all models. On top of that, the lack of a built-in web browser is another major issue. Being able to surf the web directly from a Roku device is an essential feature that’s missing, and it limits how much I actually use my TV. I almost never turn it on because of these restrictions. Roku needs to improve by adding these missing features to make the platform more complete and user-friendly. I really hope to see changes as soon as possible because, right now, I can’t recommend Roku for a true smart TV experience. It feels incomplete compared to other smart TVs that offer built-in Bluetooth, web browsing, and better app support. Roku has potential, but until these basic features are available on all models, it just doesn’t measure up to the competition.363Views0likes3Comments
