    Unable to load apps, check connection error

    All streaming apt still there but when opened a screen pops up saying check connection. We'll connection is excellent and only thing that will load is live tv western channel and gunsmoke. Things like spectrum tubi have the connection issue. Strange thing is other 2 smart tvs are all ok with no issues. Just this 1 tv with pull in roku device.

    Refuses to update to 13.1.4.1512 (error 004)

    3800X refuses to update to 13.1.4.1512 from 13.0.0.24056, gives error while download is at 85% every time with update error 004, tested on home network with xfinity, at work and Verizon hotspot on my phone and get same results. When it errors out I press Ok and am just left with a background. Tried steps at https://community.roku.com/t5/Wi-Fi-connectivity/Update-error-004-over-and-over/td-p/914263 reboots, changing the update server method, factory defaults, recovery mode, nothing works. I have another hisense roku tv that works fine over the same wired and wireless network at home so what gives?

    Help! Still Continue to Get This Error….

    I have been using the Roku app on my Amazon Fire stick for quite awhile now. With no other issues unless I want to watch a couple of my favorite shows & movies. Really it’s only been like 3 completely different shows but it’s every season and every show that the error comes up and doesn’t allow me to watch any of it. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it again but same thing is still happening. This has been going on for over a year now at least. I’ve never been able to access these specific shows ever. One is called “Bones” and it always shows up on My home page when I get on the app, but it just gives me the error if I click to play it. It’s been so long. Everything is updated but I personally have zero clue what else it could be? I added an actual pic at the bottom to see. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• “Playback Error Unfortunately, we were unable to play this content. Please try again later.” •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• please someone help me 😳🤬

    Says not enough memory to run YouTube even though had been

    we have removed channels we don't use. Our connection is good as checked it. trying to figure out how to fix this issue. would love a person to help but can't find any way to do so Maybe someone here knows what to do

    "not compatible with this signal" ultra device

    I get the boot up menu with the Roku flashing at the beginning then flashs a green screen and then it says me that it's "not compatible with the signal" I have no idea what's wrong. It was working just that morning. All settings were fine. I've tried a new HDMI cord and it still does not work and changing ports does not work. HELP! Roku Ultra (4640 series) x

    Roku not updating F1TV to current version (HDCP error code is 020)

    Current app version is 3.16. On my Roku, it is 2.0. I have deleted the app, restarted the Roku, and reloaded the app 5 times. The Roku itself is up to date. Why is it not giving me the current version? I am now getting HDCP 2.2 errors (only with this app, not others), but I can't troubleshoot that when I'm on an old version of the app. Error code is 020.

    Acorn TV suddenly stopped working on Roku Streaming Stick +

    Having the same blasted problem starting a week ago: Access to this resource is forbidden by access policy 2019-403000-000 I switched to T-Mobile a month and a half ago and things were working fine until last week. I do not have a VPN. Acorn customer service told me it’s a tech problem and that they’ve put the tech team on the problem, but I have yet to hear anything back from them after a week and the problem is still ongoing.

    My Roku onn tv won’t connect to my WiFi and won’t update. My other TVs are connected, so it isn’t my WiFi but I keep getting a “can’t update software. Please wait a few minutes and try again. Error 003”. I performed a factory reset twice, rebooted my WiFi, used two mobile hotspots. The tv just won’t connect to no WiFi. I’m at a loss, I purchased this tv May 6, 2024 and only after 5 months the tv has a connection issue. Wow.

    Roku Streaming stick having an issue with error code when updating

    Factory resetted the Roku stick and on connecting to 2.4ghz wifi, it connects successfully but then it tries to auto update and it errors out. Actionid 0 err 0: -4 I have tried everything suggested, 2.4ghz wifi, mobile hotspot, secret menu update server cycle to get off beta to release. Nothing works, and I'm left with an expensive piece of plastic. Please help.

    Error code 103 new Roku account

    Trying to connect brand new Roku. Connected to wireless internet but device won't pass software update and give error code 103 (try again or cancel). What's really weird is the device is connected to wireless internet but can't get past the software update screen. I repeated the process with an ethernet cable and got the same result (error code 103). I also tried a different TV and the same result. Does anyone else have this problem and have it solved? Frustrating as **bleep**.
