limited app/channel selection (to cap of 40) missing "more" option.
on the roku device: i have limited app/channel selection for any/all categories. i only have 40 options. the usual "more" option is MISSING, which when selected, will show ~200 options. So, without the "more" option, i am limited to only 40 selections. Chatted with ROKU (Gennamae), they could not open a ticket and sent me here. Agent suggested i go to the website where the "more" option was available. To this i say: 1)the "more" option use to be there. 2)why have a roku device if i cant access all the options. 3) Roku was make so i didnt have to use a website. 4) This is a perfectly REASONABLE request. 5) Im showing a new person how to use Roku and the app/channel options simply are NOT THERE!
