Roku wireless speaker stopped working on one side
My speakers are 11 months old (I purchased two sets for two different TVs). My left speaker on one quit working, it's dead and no power to it. I traded the power cord out from the other speaker and it's still dead. Both speakers are wall mounted and free from damage. In total I own three sets of these and I'm fearful the other may die and they are only warrantied for the first 30 days.Solved4.8KViews0likes16CommentsFull wireless set up with projector, streambar, wireless speakers and ultra LT
I have a projector that hangs above the seating area with my screen across the room. I am trying to switch from my traditional wired 5.1 surround setup with speaker wire running everywhere to a nice clean wireless solution. I now have the streambar, wireless speakers, and wireless bass. I understand that the preferred location for the streambar is across the room, directly below the projector screen. Unfortunately, this means I am running a long, ugly HDMI cable from the streambar across the room and up the wall to the projector. This leaves me short of my goal of going fully wireless 5.1. I still have my Ulta LT I purchased less than a year ago. An exquisite solution would be to use the Ultra as the video streamer and wirelessly play the 5.1 audio through the streambar. I believe all the hardware is in place to do this, but based on my research, it is impossible to set it up this way in the settings. I could use the streambar as Bluetooth speakers for the Ultra using the private listening function, but based on my tests, I would have to select the streambar as the audio out each time, and it would only be stereo, not 5.1. So my question is in two parts: 1. Am I missing something? What options am I not considering? 2. If this is all true, I would like this to be considered a feature request. I think it would fill a space in the market and encourage the purchase of more Roku hardware. All of the speaker systems I see in this price range presume that the soundbar will be directly below a TV and thus can easily be hardwired. Supporting full wireless 5.1 would set Roku apart. Does anyone else think this would be awesome?2.9KViews0likes0CommentsSubwoofer not working properly

I wanted to buy a Wireless bass Pro but instead got a Roku Wireless Subwoofer.. Cost for both of them is same $179. But I wanted to know the difference . The Wireless Bass Pro can be seen in the Roku website , whereas in Walmart or Amazon I see Roku Wireless Subwoofer. From configuration side they look pretty much same. So wanted to understand the difference.2.2KViews0likes0CommentsAudio Disappearing Issue on Roku Streambar & Wireless Bass
I hope you're all doing well. I'm reaching out to share a specific issue I've been experiencing with my Roku Streambar & Wireless Bass Streaming Media Player with Voice, and I'm curious if anyone else has encountered a similar problem. After a few minutes of playing content on my Roku Streambar, the audio abruptly disappears. This issue occurs consistently, and I've noticed it across various streaming apps and channels. The audio loss seems to happen randomly during playback. No error messages or warnings are displayed before or after the audio disappears. If anyone has encountered a similar audio disappearing issue or has insights on potential solutions, I would greatly appreciate your input. regards, EHallPass1.8KViews0likes2CommentsRoku Smart Soundbar & wireless speakers/sub connectivity problem
I have a Streambar Pro (9101x), 2 Roku wireless speakers in front, 2 ONN wireless speakers in back and a Roku wireless subwoofer. It's been working great for some time (years) till recently. Currently running 14.1. I'm not sure when this started exactly, but I noticed last night that none of the wireless speakers were working. I verified power on everything, attempted to reconnect and even though the speakers play the pre-recorded message fine, they never reconnect. I dropped all the speakers in the setup app, attempted to reconnect, nothing. I did a factory reset on the sound bar and attempted to reconnect, still nothing. Anyone have any idea what happened? Or suggestions as to what I try next?Solved1.7KViews0likes9CommentsStreambar does not list wireless speakers as a pairing option
I have my Roku streambar hooked up and working. I plugged in Roku wireless speakers. Held down home button and the only devices available to set up are: Remote, smartphone or tablet, subwoofer, and wireless headphones. No wireless speaker option is listed. Please note: -Software is up to date -Everything is plugged in -I have done factory rest on streambar and speakers -I am located in the USA -Streambar is connected to a projector. No TV is involved. -The speakers were set up within a distance less than 5-feet from the streambar Lastly, and pay CLOSE ATTENTION, the problem is not that the speakers won’t pair, the problem is that “wireless speakers” don’t even show up as a device pairing option. For Christmas, we got my mother a new TCL tv, a Roku soundbar, and wireless speakers. After spending over an hour trying to get them connected the night before, we go to watch a football game and her speakers don't have any dialog. The only solution to this I can find is to use the "Stereo" playback instead of playthrough or automatic. However, when I use the stereo setting, the soundbar quits playing anything at all. We bought these speakers to make it so she can hear football games while cooking not just hear the random crowd noise and background. For how much these cost there better be a solution to hear dialog throughout all of the speakers and soundbar.Solved1KViews0likes1Comment
