I'm reporting my problem logging into BritBox in this thread (as directed), but it doesn't look like anyone helped Meg when this problem was reported 2 years ago. I'm trying to watch the new episodes of Shetland. I've logged in to both Roku and BritBox on my computer, and when I click Episode 1 on the TV it tells me I have to log in. I can't access Britbox
I pay for my Britbox subscription via Roku. When I try to access the channel on Roku I get this message: "code":0, "message": "invalid session token". When I try to log in to Britbox using my Roku ID (which has always worked in the past), I get "login failed". Is there a problem with my account or is it something else?Solved9.1KViews2likes8Comments
BritBox suddenly says 'Not available in my country', but I'm based in the US
I was watching BritBox on Roku and it suddenly stopped working. When I tried to load it again, it had logged me out. I entered my password then I got the message that BritBox is not currently available in your country. I live in the USA. It was available an hour ago, and last year and the year before that. I subscribed to Britbox about 2 days ago. I can't play anything. When I try, it says "Subscribe". I am logged in to Britbox. If I click on Subscribe anyway and try to subscribe again it says you are already subscribed. I see this was first reported about two years ago. I used to watch Britbox on 2 different Roku boxes, one upstairs and one downstairs. They worked great, I could finish where I left off on either box. Now all of a sudden, Britbox wants me to sign in on one of the boxes (the one upstairs - 2710X), but it won’t accept my password. What can I do to make both boxes work?
