    Apple TV+ 1-month Free Trial

    Has anyone else tried redeeming the one month free trial of Apple TV+? I've tried several times, with old Apple TV account and tried with new account, and I wasn't getting the 1 month free trial offer. With new account, only the 7 days free. I've chatted with Roku, with no solution, then referred me to Apple Customer Service. Apple seemed unaware of the Roku offer, so, then referred me back to Roku. I wasn't getting anywhere with either one. The free trial is until June 26.

    30-day free subscription to Hallmark

    I bought a new Roku device and I'm suppose to get a 30 day free trial to Hallmark. The paper inside box says when I activate device to accept free offer when shown. Nothing popped up for Hallmark on device. How do I get this? This is why I bought Roku. Thank you

    Paramount Plus app having a problem with payment

    Paramount Plus app will open but is having a problem with payment from Roku and will not let me stream but will show me all the wonderful shows that I would like to be watching, I made sure that I updated the Roku app and my credit card of which is working fine because Roku charged on it and also prime, when I go to the star on my remote for Paramount Plus it does not list removal of app so I can reinstall it please advise

    AMC+ on The Roku Channel sign-in issue

    I subscribed to AMC+ thru Roku, however whenever I try to access AMC+ on the Roku Channel it keeps asking me to sign up or start a trial as if I’m not already subscribed. I can’t sign in thru the AMC+ app because I’m subscribed thru Roku but when I sing into my Roku account it just says that I am subscribed but for whatever reason it’s not working on my tv and I can’t figure out how to sign in.

    Updating from Amazon Music to Amazon Music Unlimited on Roku

    I've tried every idea the internet has to offer and this is not an uncommon problem. I updated to Amazon Music Unlimited which allows streaming to multiple devices. It works fine on my PC, but on ROKU, Amazon Music will not update to Amazon Music Unlimited. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, making sure I have the latest software, rebooting, etc. etc. Nothing works. How do I accomplish this feat? Anyone else have this problem?

    Disney plus error "TV isn't with the household"

    Having problems with Disney plus, it's saying tv isn't with the household but it worked a few weeks back and then just stopped, I've uninstalled, cleared cache, logged out still nothing

    Acorn TV app won't resume the last movie.

    Viewing on Acorn TV app on 4K streaming stick. After pausing a video, pressing “Resume Series x Episode y” results in video restarting from the beginning. Selecting the video and pressing the “resume” (vs “Play from Start”) restarts video from the beginning. I updated Roku and Acorn TV, restarted the app and Acorn TV, deleted are reinstalled the app, etc. Doesn’t matter what series I’m watching, the “resume” button always restarts a video from the very beginning

    Unable to watch Classic Movies & TV needs authorization code

    All was ok yesterday and today when i try and go into Classic movies and television it asks for an authorization code. when i try and go to this channels website it just simply won't come up...

    Subscriptions through Roku are not working

    We have Roku televisions as well as smart tvs with Roku sticks. We have a number of streaming services, most of which were subscribed to directly from the providers, but three which were subscribed to through my Roku account. A couple days ago, all three services paid for through Roku sign out on all televisions in the house. There is no way to sign back in to these because the account is through Roku, so I have no login directly to these services. Suggestions online said to try restarts or unplugging. I have tried both on every television, but no change. There were also suggestions to delete and reinstall these apps. Unlike the directly subscribed apps, using '*' does not offer a delete option for these apps that are purchased through Roku. I'm stuck. Ideas?
