No... no one is going to have a picture of it. We don't sit here watching TV with a camera ready to take a screen shot. Two of us have had the exact same experience and this experience is unacceptable. I have an Ultra 4k player. I don't use it for anything other than playing other services. Now... it's bad enough that the home screen is flooded with ads. But today when I went to use the device it tried to force me to watch an ad before I could select my ap. This is unacceptable and if it continues, I'm trashing this device. How dare you force me, on a device that I ALREADY paid for, to watch a streaming ad before choosing an ap to watch another service.
