I could be wrong, but I believe that PRIME VIDEO needs to see a 4K display device before it will send HDR or Dolby ATMOS. Other services may not have this requirement, which is why you aren't seeing the issue with them. Re: Hulu hdr suddenly not available I had the same issue with my two (2) HDR capable TCL Roku TV's with Disney+ and Hulu. HDR support was gone and all labeling for HDR was also removed from both applications. The 'fix' seems to have come with the update to ROKU OS Version 13.0.0 - Build 24062-30 that arrive on both of my TV's today. After the update from OS 12.5.5. to the version above, HDR support and labeling has returned. Re: Continue Watching feature not working as promised I have noticed similar disappearing content in the CONTINUE WATCHING row from Netflix, HBO Max and Prime Video over the last few days. Paramount+ seems to be the one 3rd party app that remains consistent. One other issue is that this CONTINUE WATCHING row does not seem to populate with NEW episodes as they become available in the streaming apps. NEXT UP only works if you have a backlog of episodes to view. If you are all caught up and a NEW episode arrives next week, it doesn't appear in this row. That makes it a very inconsistent and incomplete implementation. There is definitely room for improvement with the consistency of keeping this populated reliably and with managing new content as it becomes available. Re: How to turn on closed captions on Peacock TV I'm confused by the confusion. Maybe it is a recent update to the Peacock app, but there is an option with the UP button on Roku remote while in the Peacock app during video playback that shows selection options for AUDIO and SUBTITLES. Select SUBTITLES and you have the option to select an available language or have them OFF. Selecting ENGLISH on a playing video instantly pulled up subtitles. Or, is there another request / option that is being asked for? Re: Continue Watching feature not working as promised FYI. They have added a CONTINUE WATCHING row in the WHAT TO WATCH menu item on the Roku Home Page that now includes content other than the Roku Channel. As promised in the OS 11.5 update they are now populating items from Roku Channel, Netflix, HBO Max, Paramount+ and Prime Video. (Noticed that content other than the Roku Channel began populating this past week.) As you noted, this requires cooperation from the individual streaming services. Not all are participating (Disney+, Hulu, Peacock, Apple TV+) which makes it an incomplete offering. Paramount+ and Netflix seem to have the best integration of the new additions. Selecting an item takes you directly to the show detail page and episode in the proper PROFILE. Some of the others (HBO Max, Prime Video) take you to a PROFILE page and then you have to proceed. I am also finding that not all Prime Video content is being acknowledged and added. Netflix content in your queue can appear and then disappear at times. Not sure how often the queues of individual services are checked. It would be helpful if there were an option to REFRESH all queues from participating services. Helpful if you move and resume content from multiple Roku devices. Hopefully this is a work-in-progress addition that will evolve, add more streaming services and become more accurate with content additions across multiple devices. Re: Favorites on TV guide dcaropreso wrote: As mentioned, there is still no favorites option like the Roku 10.0 documentation said there would be. And no way to assign individual channels as a favorite. Roku please fix. What is even worse is the latest promos on the Roku TV encouraging you to 'see' what new exciting features are available in Roku OS 10. The first highlighted feature is someone in the LIVE TV guide adding channels to a FAVORITE list that I have still not found on any of my three (3) Roku TV's that are all on the latest Roku OS 10 version. What's new in Roku OS 10? Has anyone else seen this FAVORITE option in the LIVE TV Guide? Re: How to get Peacock TV on my Roku device PROFILE support now on Peacock. Almost a year after launch, so I guess 4K HDR will arrive sometime in 2022!! Re: Favorites on TV guide RokuMary-F wrote: Thanks for reaching out, jef846. We recommend checking the "Recent channels" feature to limit the list of channels that appear in the Live TV Channel Guide. Check out this link for more info: How do I find TV listings using Live TV Channel Guide? - Roku Please let us know if there's anything else we can help you with. Thanks, Mary RokuMary-F The link you provided is not accurate from my experience. I have three (3) TCL Roku TV's that have updated to Roku OS Version 10. The original blog post and your support link posted state that with OS Version 10 there is an option to view ALL CHANNELS, RECENT CHANNELS or FAVORITE CHANNELS. I have not found an option through the menu system or within the LIVE TV GUIDE that allows you to create a list of FAVORITE CHANNELS. There are only two VIEW options in the LIVE TV GUIDE. They are ALL CHANNELS and RECENT CHANNELS. No FAVORITE CHANNELS view is available. It still baffles me why Roku removed the ability to mark channels as favorites way back in OS Version 6 or 7. Why would you not allow your customers to create their own FAVORITE CHANNELS list? Why is there a reference to the ability to create FAVORITE CHANNELS in your support post link above and in the blog announcement for OS Version 10, but it doesn't appear to be available? Is this ability to create a list of FAVORITE CHANNELS limited to only select models of Roku TV's?
