So I got on my roku just now and I was going to log into amazon prime tv until it says im not connected to the wifi last time I was on it it was connected, But now its blinking and won't even pop up my wifi, the wifi it says I can connect to is one called ray nobody I know has that wif name. I tried unplugging the roku and plugging it back in, I tried changing cords, I relocated my roku, I reset the roku, and I reset my wifi, please help.

Here's what has worked for me to re-establish my net connection. I usually have to do this on my most used Roku once or twice a month.

• Restart your router (even if other devices have no problem finding and connecting). Sometimes that's all it takes, if not keep going.
• Restart the Roku to clear its memory via Settings > System > System restart (for a Roku TV it's Settings > System > Power > System restart). Again sometimes that's all it takes, if not keep going.
• Find and connect to your network via Settings> Network > Set up connection

If that doesn't fix it, try disconnecting the power to your Roku for a few seconds.  When it comes back up, see if you then can set up the network connection.

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device are you using? What specific troubleshooting steps have you already tried to resolve the issue?

i did everything i was told and nothing worked it just keeps blinking and no wifi's ever pop up

Mine is doing the same thing, I’ve reset my router, tv, Roku - even switched tv’s and still can’t get it to connect. I’ve also noticed that I’ve lost my first icon ( the one I use the most) at this point, it looks like the Roku needs a system reset and new firmware installed.
