Well, Monday came & went with no call from Roku C/S. I decided to obtain a new email address and try that. I entered it into my account and it accepted it w/o a problem. Went down to the 4X and it opened asking for my email to continue with setup. Entered the new email and again, "...sorry, your email isn't working". Is it possible the unit is bad? I can't see that and believe it's a software issue. They changed something and I wonder if it's no longer accepting masked email addresses, even though Roku uses them.
Think I'm going to have to look for another way to access TV.

Thanks. It turns out Roku changed something since I purchased my last Roku device. Roku will not allow masked email addresses anymore. I find it curious since Roku uses them. As feared, when I used a personal email I was able to log in and register. Sure enough, this AM I already had 3 emails from Roku. Hit unsubscribe and see what happens.
