Should not need any special settings. Standard listening ports are probably already enabled in your network. Probably more secure to just use port forwarding and allow the specified ports to access the internet as needed (if not already enabled), rather than open all ports to the internet through DMZ.
However, if you need to use the DMZ, you will need to setup the Roku, and then use the assigned LAN IP of the Roku device. Don't really understand what you are asking about re: specs.
