roku won’t stay connected to internet

Jump to solution

I’m not any kind of tech savvy so please bear with me. I had my wifi setup in the living room with my 55” TCL Roku TV, which led to my 58” Hisense bedroom Roku not staying connected to internet. Then I got a brand new router and moved it to my bedroom, and now my bedroom one works but my living room does not. Every other device in my house works great. I live in a small apartment so distance cannot be the issue, and my phone and other devices stay connected to the wifi in the living room as well. I’ve tried factory resetting the TV and that doesn’t work either. It’ll stay connected to mobile hotspot, and every time my wifi name pops up it says it has excellent strength. I type in the password and connect, and within 30 seconds it has disconnected and I have to refresh for my wifi to even pop up again. It’s very frustrating
