my Roku doesn't work, says unable to connect to wireless network (nothing has changed in my setup). I try following steps but no change. I am not sure of my password (everything I have tried has not worked) . I went through set up steps and it has it registered under another name but my email. I need help. I was going to throw this away and get a new one but when I tried with new device I get the same messages. is there anyway to speak to a person who can walk me through what to do while I have you on the phone, something is wrong. I am considering just going back to cable.
