Sorry, but that really doesn't tell us what you're tried. We have no idea what web site you're referring to.
Low power messages usually come from three problems:
- The Roku is connected to a power source that doesn't provide sufficient current. This is usually when someone is using a USB port on a TV as the power source, but could also be some other USB source, including the power cube provided with the Roku.
- The USB cable being used for power is defective or damaged
- There is a problem within the Roku player itself
- Make sure you're not using a USB connection on the TV as a power source. It's convenient, but often they are underpowered.
- Try using a different mini-USB cable.
- Try using a different USB power source.
If nothing seems to resolve the problem, provide one of the Roku employee moderators on this forum your device model and serial number. Don't post your Roku account email address here in the public forum. Only provide that via a private message to a confirmed Roku employee.
