Only some of the models have chat support and none have phone support for your issue.
- What's the model number of your Roku shown under Settings->System->About?
- Who is your ISP? If it's Comcast/Xfinity or Cox you will need to change your wireless mode from g/n to b/g/n for 2.4GHz.
- What, if any, messages are you getting when you try to connect?
- Where are you located?
