I do have a question, because there seems to be some missing information. This may help find the cause, which we hope will lead to a solution.
If you took your old router with you, why did you need to set up your Roku network connection? That's the screen we're talking about. It should have automatically connecting if none of the router settings were changed. Same router, same network. Only the location changed. So, why did you have to do the network setup for the Roku? Did you have to do that for any other device? Laptop? Tablet? Phone?
