Does it see the network? Or does the network not even appear to the Roku at all?

yes and it still the same i connect to the router successfully but still nothing

So, the Roku is connecting to your wireless network? But the Internet connection doesn't seem to be working on the Roku?

When it connects, and shows the three steps and green checks, do two go green but one red? The last one?

Or do all three go green, but later you get a "no connection" or "no internet" notice when using it?

Sorry, haven't added a new device in a while. The old interface had three. Thanks for correcting that.

I do have a question, because there seems to be some missing information. This may help find the cause, which we hope will lead to a solution.

If you took your old router with you, why did you need to set up your Roku network connection? That's the screen we're talking about. It should have automatically connecting if none of the router settings were changed. Same router, same network. Only the location changed. So, why did you have to do the network setup for the Roku? Did you have to do that for any other device? Laptop? Tablet? Phone?
