faulty WIFI conection

My Roku TV keeps disconnecting from my WIFI. I have done everything from restarting my router to restarting my Roku tv to doing a factory reset. I have even contacted my wifi provider-- everything on their end is working.

Would really appreciate some advice.

If it has to reconnect every time you turn it on, enable "Fast TV start" in the power settings.  If it's disconnecting while you're streaming, then something else is going on.
