error code 014.50 when trying to install Streaming Stick plus upgrade

I purchased a Streaming Stick + for an upgrade of a earlier version that was working ok. I am unable to connect to the wifi when trying to install the new stick. I get error code 014.50.

  • Try step 5 above: Restart both the router and the Roku device
