I can go on any other app besides the HDMI coincidentally connected to my PS4. Even if I switch the HDMI, disconnect from the internet and reconnect, restart the tv and the internet I still can’t get through. It says; “You’re not connected to the internet. Please reconnect and try again.” Even though the ROKU TV IS CONNECTED AND TESTED FINE? Do I need a new one or something? Why doesn't this work?
