Won’t stay connected to WIFI

My roku won’t stay connected after not using it for a day it can’t find it even though it has been able to find before this is two days in a row that it has happened

If your router's Wi-Fi channel is set to "Auto", set it to a fixed channel.  What model number shows for your Roku under Settings->System->About?
