One device not working other devices connect just fine. Wireless strength is excellent. Did a restart disabled ping and did a factory reset. Can’t even set up the device now because it won’t connect.

You left out the most important part - the Roku model number (not name). I'm guessing it's a 3920 and you can join the crowd of people with dead ones. Is it less than a year old?
It’s about 2 years old maybe more. Not sure if it’s the 3920, but the google image search looks like that is correct or similar

Do you get the error code 014.30 on your TV screen when you're experiencing the issue? If yes, please fill out the following information:
-Roku device model
-Serial number
-Device ID
-Software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-Internet Service Provider
-Router make and model
-Steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

What do you know about the 3920? others are having this same problem?
Your problem may have been caused by a recent update to many Xfinity-supplied routers:
Xfinity users report the router configuration needs to be switched back to b/g/n security. If you don't have access to your router settings, you may have to request Xfinity to do this for you.
