We had a short power outage yesterday, but since then roku will not reconnect to my network. Roku sees my network with excellent signal, but won't connect. I have reset my modem, reset my roku. What else can I do?
Do you get any error messages or codes when you go through the procedure under Settings->Network->Set up connection?
I was having the same problem. Roku app was saying tv not connected to home network. X app was saying tv had connected to home network but not while connected and not untill after I would try something else. Then said tv was asleep, unable to connect, and had no internet. Just finished, I ended up making my phone a hotspot, connecting to it to update the Roku TV, then unplugged TV for 10 minutes while also resetting X modem. When I turned everything back on again, it worked fine, I didn't even have to re-enter the network password. Hope this helps, I've been working at it for hours!
