Hello! My Roku randomly stopped connecting to my wifi. My network doesn't even show up. I reset the router and the roku multiple times. Nothing. I did a factory reset on the roku. Nothing. Every other device in my home is connected to my wifi. I don't know what else to do!
Hi @Meggw,
Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!
I understand that you are unable to connect your wireless connection, I will do my best to assist you.
Are you using a Roku TV or a Roku device? What network frequency is your router using?
See more tips and troubleshooting steps for this type of issue here: What should I do if I cannot connect to my home network or ...
Please keep us posted.
Thanks,

Hi Mary!
I have a roku device plugged into my TV.
My network frequency is 5200 (according to what I found on my laptop. I'm not tech-saavy, though, so I'm not sure if that's the number you're looking for)

"Trying all fixes" doesn't really give us enough info to keep from suggesting things you may already have tried.
This has always worked for me when I've had net connection issues:
If that doesn't fix it, try disconnecting the power to your Roku for a few seconds. When it comes back up, see if you then can set up the network connection.
If the problem isn't fixed, what Roku model are we talking about? Settings > System > About will tell you model and model number.
Roku models Express, Express+, Premiere, and Premiere+ have single band wifi that only operates in the 2.4 GHz band and cannot connect to or even see the 5 GHz wifi band. If you have one of these models and a dual band router with both 2.4 and 5 GHz bands, be sure the router's 2.4 GHz band is turned on. If the 2.4 GHz band is operating, be sure it is using a channel number from 1 to 11 as are used in the US; channels 12 and 13 (14 maybe?) are used in some other countries but not recognized by Rokus.
Also, there have been a number of reports lately of people who have routers supplied by their Internet Provider having their router's 2.4 GHz band disabled by an update to the router software. They've had to have their Internet Provider re-enable the 2.4 GHz band, or in some cases swap in a new router.
