Wireless will not recognized my password

I been using the same robot and internet for almost 1 yr.  Then suddenly it stopped recognizing my wireless setup.   I try log in, using the same password,  but it says it's incorrect.   I made sure to check it with my company,  and password is correct.   I also have another wireless device,  and it will let me online, using the same password.   How can I fix this?  Of course,  I've already updated and reset the device.  I have the express model.

Do you have a router from Comcast/Xfinity or Cox?  If so, go into the router settings and change the wireless mode from g/n to b/g/n.
