"802.11 g,n"
If your Roku is connecting on 2.4GHz, try changing that to "802.11 b,g,n"
@Stacigarrison You can use your phone and take a picture of the model number and zoom in. Also if you go to settings/system/ about you will see your model number and Roku firmware number
ARRIS TG1682G | Model number: TG1682G
This device is compatible with your service download speed of 50 Mbps.
@Stacigarrison That doesn’t mean anything. All your doing is copying and pasting Comcast info. What model is your Roku?

Check this thread from a few minutes ago where someone got connected by changing g,n to b,g,n. This fixes it for many people.
Is this it? I cannot go into settings inside of ROKU as its factory reset and it wont go past the network connecting to provide the settings window
@Stacigarrison No that is not it. On the Roku itself it will say a model number. Look at the bottom of the back. No need to upload a picture. Looks like you have an older Roku Express. But we need the model number. How long ago did you purchase it?
Someone asked for the gh or whatever they're called that my internet provider was set up yo using because ROKU doesnt like 5gh (or whatever that was) so thus why I copy/pasted the info
This IS the bottom of the ROKU device
@Stacigarrison All you did was copy and paste your Xfinity modem model. That doesn’t tell us anything. The model number will tell us how to go about getting your Roku back online. since your ISP is Comcast you can follow this link
