Hello I have a Roku 55” tv and a Roku stick in my other tv. I have had the Roku tv for about 2 years now and just bought the stick like 2 weeks ago. Everything worked fine up until yesterday. My WiFi works on all devices but not my tvs anymore. Not sure what happened. They both show that the internet has a “wireless connection” but not an “internet connection”. My kids are killing me and we need our tv’s back, please help!
Even when everything else is working, sometimes both the Router and your Roku device may require a reboot and restart in order to re-establish connection.
If the above does not work, post back your router model number and ISP (internet service provider). May require you to enter the router admin and make some setting changes to be more compatible with Roku devices. (they can be a little tempermental at times).
