Wireless Internet connection issue’s

Not sure what’s going on my ruko won’t connect to my internet I’ve restarted both my internet box and ruko, and it still shows a red x. I do infact know it’s not my internet modem because my other tv in the bedroom has ruko built into the TV and it works perfectly. My phone hooks up to the internet along with other devices but my ruko won’t work, am i doing something wrong?

Post back with the model number of your problem Roku device, your router model number, and your ISP. (internet service provider).

To find Roku model number, Settings..System..About [Press OK ]
