Wireless Connection Not Working With New Roku Express
Attempting to connect to home's wireless network with brand new Roku Express, entering correct password (even disconnected and reconnected using old 12-year-old Roku 1 and that worked fine). Followed all troubleshooting steps listed on television screen as well as here on the website to no avail.
Furthermore, please note that Roku Express is only compatible with wireless b/g/n networks on the 2.4 GHz spectrum. Ensure that your router is broadcasting a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network for the device to connect to.
