Odd that my new Roku will not connect to wifi but old one works just fine. Called cable company and they said it's the Roku unit. I have factory reset, unplugged, and it still will not connect. Tried old one and voila works great. Do not see a clear answer other than blaming the wifi and recommending resets on everything which doesn't work. Anyone have an idea as to why a new Roku doesn't connect vs old??
