It sounds like your Roku device may be having trouble connecting to your home network. Could you please verify if you getting any error messages/codes when you are trying to connect your wireless network to your Roku device?
We recommend starting here to troubleshoot Network issues: What should I do if I cannot connect to my home network or ...
I'd also recommend trying to connect your device to an alternate network, such as a mobile hotspot.
