Wifi Signal Excellent, Connection Poor but still able to stream 4K movie

Hi all,

My new Hisense 58" has an interesting problem:
1. Connect via Wifi
2. Wifi signal strength is EXCELLENT
3. Able to stream 4K video on YouTube (picture is clear and sharp)
But when doing "Check Connection" it shows POOR and some app icons in the home screen are not showing.

I've updated to the latest firmware.

Has anyone experienced similar issue?

connection may be good,but to roku servers is not.

i would suggest resetting the router.

restart roku.

Thanks for your suggestion. I've tried that but it doesn't seem to solve the problem.

Do you know what Roku Server IP addresses are?
